The UFO has now become an indispensable part of the Slingshot line-up. The Slingshot UFO V3 features a unique zero-strut design that delivers stunning foil performance. Because the kite has no struts, it provides incredible drift, wind range, and responsiveness for the best possible foil experience. The UFO flies in the lightest breeze while the kite can fly at bizarre angles. The foundation of the new and improved Slingshot UFO V3 kite is the new FlexLITE frame. FlexLITE gives the kite better flex and breathability. Thanks to this improved flex, the UFO steers faster and feels more responsive while reducing the weight to a mere 140 grams per square meter. The reduced weight improves drift, and the frame creates less air resistance. For 2024, the bridles have also been improved by replacing them with lines that are 25% thinner, reducing bridle resistance. Thanks to the thinner lines, the UFO flies more efficiently, enhancing responsiveness.

Of course, some things remain unchanged. The Slingshot UFO once again features the patented Compact Swept C-shape. The "swept" wingtips are specially designed to improve relaunch properties and ensure effortless relaunch. This shape also provides better power control, allowing you to power and depower when you want to. The canopy is made from the lightest canopy material of all Slingshot kites. The 2x2 Flyweight fabric is reinforced ripstop with a 2x2 weave that is still strong while saving a lot of weight.
