New dedicated wave kite in the F-One range

The new F-One Addikt 2025 Tec Kite is the latest wave kite from F-One. The Addikt is highly accessible and provides you with all the tools needed to progress to a true pro level. It’s the new favorite kite of wave world champion Mitu Monteiro, who rips through towering waves and practices the latest strapless freestyle tricks on flat water with it. The kite has a massive wind range, effortlessly rides upwind, and drifts with you in a way you've never experienced before!

What makes the Addikt such a great wave kite? This season, F-One is using CODE-TEC material for the first time, which is why TEC is added to the kite's name. The TEC range from F-One marks kites made with high-performance materials and technologies. These kites are for the passionate riders among us who are looking for a kite packed with performance to help them make progress session after session. CODE-TEC material is used on the Leading Edge (LE) and the Struts, making the kite lighter, faster, and more stable. The CODE-TEC material has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, with less stretch and higher tear resistance, making the frame much stiffer and more durable. The stiffer frame experiences minimal deformation, which significantly reduces the impact of gusty wind, and this extra stiffness also enhances the kite’s responsiveness. The new Addikt Tec therefore feels faster and more precise—perfect for wave riding!

The overall weight of the F-One Addikt is considerably lower thanks to the new material. Due to the lighter weight, the Addikt is much more efficient in the low-end, allowing you to always go one size smaller. Combined with the excellent drift characteristics, you can make the most out of every wave with the Addikt! When you push the bar away, you get immediate depower, allowing you to fully enjoy the surf feeling. Fully depowered, the Addikt remains responsive and incredibly stable, giving you control at all times.

Finally, the bridles of the F-One Addikt 2025 TEC have been redesigned. The bridles have a smaller diameter, reducing air resistance. Don’t worry—there’s no compromise on strength. The new bridles also have less stretch. Additionally, the kite now has a new One-Pump system, allowing you to inflate and deflate the kite faster, meaning more time on the water!
