Extremely warm and comfortable wetsuit from Prolimit
The Prolimit Mercury TR 6/4 with front zip is one of the warmest wetsuits in their 2021 collection. Limestone neoprene is used, which, in addition to extreme stretchability, also provides exceptional thermal insulation. Limestone neoprene is more effective, comfortable, environmentally friendly and lasts longer than petroleum-based neoprene. This makes the Mercury TR easy to put on and take off, it has less resistance and better buoyancy. All these factors improve your performance on the water!Another strong feature of the Mercury is its additional thermal rebound insulation layer. That"s also what the abbreviation TR stands for. This TR technology is comparable to the thermal blankets used by the NASA in the mid-1970s as insulation for their manned missions in space. This protection against cold conditions is now available in the Prolimit Neoprene wetsuits. It additionally protects against cold wind chills.
To provide extra warmth and comfort, Prolimit Mercury TR is featured with the Zodiac Plush inner lining. This inner lining ensures that the wetsuit dries very quickly so that you can simply put on a wonderfully dry wetsuit next time. The seams are FTM taped, which means tripled glued seams and closed with a liquid rubber seal. The end result: thin, ulcer-resistant, waterproof, super-stretch seams. Because no stitching is used, there is more stretch in the wetsuit, you have less chance of tearing and the suit is also more comfortable.
