In addition to its great fit, the Element 5/4 Backzip 2022 also has many great features that you would otherwise find in higher priced models at ION, such as the soft and silky Silk Stuff inner lining on the upper body or the flexible Hot Stuff 2.0 inner lining on the legs and arms.

The Element 5/4 is 5mm thick on the upper body and 4mm thick in the extremities. As a result, the wetsuit keeps you warm so that you can stay longer on the water, but hardly restricts your freedom of movement. The thickness is well suited for the transition period in spring and autumn and with an additional neoprene hoodie you can kite into winter with the Element 5/4 2022.

This Element 5/4 wetsuit has a backzip. That means the zipper is on the back and allows you to easily get in and out of the wetsuit before and after your session. So you don't have to fight with yourself and your wetsuit every time, you want to go for a session, but instead can easily slide in and out very comfortably.

The ION Element 5/4 Backzip 2022 also offers additional protection on the shins. There are extra pads attached so that you won't get bruises if you hit the edge of the board against your shin. The leg loops on the ankles can be removed or left on. When you tighten them, almost no water can flow into the wetsuit at your ankles.
