With the 5/4 of ION you are perfectly warm enough in European autumn or spring. It could be also fine for a sunset session in Cape Town. If you combine it with a neoprene hood, shoes and glove it can also work for shorter winter sessions.

With the easy to enter back zip entry you will be super fast at putting on the wetsuit. It is also easier to put on the wetsuit with limited movability, but keep in mind that you might need your mate for closing the back zipper.
