Hurley Wetsuits collection

Hurley has a large wetsuit collection consisting of four different models, the Hurley Air, Hurley Max, Hurley Plus and the Hurley Advant. Each of these wetsuits has its own specialties, so Hurley has a wetsuit in its collection for everyone. Hurley's premium wetsuits feature the latest technologies and are continually improved through rider feedback. Check our website for Hurley winter wetsuits, Hurley summer wetsuits and much more. Below you will find the different types of Hurley wetsuits briefly explained, so that you can easily find out which wetsuit suits you best.

Hurley Air
The Hurley Air wetsuits use the most sustainable heat. The wetsuit uses recycled carbon black, dyed yarns and the neoprene is limestone based. Hurley's limestone neoprene uses the latest techniques and is also called Neospan. This type of neoprene provides incredible stretch, allowing you to move freely. The inner lining is covered with Xtend 2.0, an insulating layer of material. In addition to insulating, the material also dries super quickly, so you never have to put on a wet wetsuit again if you went kiting the day before. The seams of the Hurley Air wetsuits are double glued and then blind stitched for a strong and waterproof seam. Tape has been added to the areas that are most stressed to maximize the lifespan of the wetsuit. If sustainability is important to you and you are looking for a wetsuit with a lot of performance, then the Hurley Air is for you. Hurley has the Air available in different thicknesses, designs and with a back zip or front zip.

Hurley Max
The Hurley Max guarantees maximum warmth with minimum thickness. The wetsuit provides maximum warmth and protection per mm2, so you can enjoy your session even longer. The Hurley Max also uses recycled carbon black, dyed yarns and the neoprene is limestone-based. With ExoFlex neoprene, the wetsuit has unlimited stretch. To protect you against the cold wind and cold water, the neoprene on the outside is injected with a silicone layer that looks shiny. The inner lining is covered with Infare insulation. The back and legs are covered with this soft material that insulates incredibly well and ensures that your wetsuit dries in no time. If you are looking for the warmest of the warmest, then the Hurley Max is perfect for you! The Hurley Max wetsuit line is available from 4/3 to 3/2 with a front zip.

Hurley Plus
The Hurley Plus is Hurley's most all-round wetsuit and therefore the favorite of many riders. The Hurley Plus has the perfect balance between flexibility and warmth, so you can always perform at your maximum. The neoprene used in the wetsuit is Neospan Neoprene, the most flexible neoprene in Hurley's line-up. Jacquard Lining has been used on the inside of the wetsuit on the chest, back and upper legs. This lining has insulating properties and feels very comfortable on bare skin. What is not covered with the Jacquard lining is the quick-drying and insulating Xtend 2.0 for a soft feel and quick-drying properties, so that your wetsuit is dry again the next session. The neoprene panels are double glued and then blind stitched to provide a strong and watertight seal between the neoprene panels. The seams are then 100% taped to prevent leaks. If you are looking for a wetsuit with the perfect flex and warmth ratio, then the Hurley Plus is perfect for you. The Hurley Plus has the most variants. From 5/3 to 2/2 and from full suit to shorty.

Hurley Advantage
The Hurley Advantage is the most affordable wetsuit in the Hurley line-up. The outer material of this Hurley ADVANT 5/3 is made of Neospan to provide extra stretch in the wetsuit. The inner lining is covered with Xtend 2.0 for a soft feel, extra insulation and quick-drying properties. The wetsuit is coated with Smoothskin. This coating keeps the cold wind out and prevents cooling due to weather influences, so that you are sufficiently heated at all times. The seams are double glued and blind stitched on the inside to keep water out. For extra strength, the seams are 100% taped. The Hurley Advant is available in sizes from 5/3 to 2/2 and from full suit to shorty.

Hurley Wetsuit technology

Hurley uses the latest technologies and is an innovative brand that is always looking for next-level features and materials. Hurley wetsuits use different technologies, each with its own properties that combine to ensure the quality that Hurley delivers these days. Thanks to feedback from riders, Hurley knows exactly what they need to improve, so the wetsuits just keep getting better and better. Hurley's most important techniques are discussed below.

ExoFlex neoprene
Exoflex is used in the Hurley Max and Hurley's warmest neoprene type. ExoFlex is a Japanese type of neoprene with the most warmth per M2 of neoprene.

Neospan Neoprene
NeoSpan is Hurley's most flexible neoprene type. Neospan is ultra elastic and is mainly used in the Hurley Plus and the Hurley Advant.

Infared insulation
Infared insulation is used on the inside of Hurley wetsuits. This inner lining feels soft on the skin and retains heat well. The inner lining is mainly used on the chest, back and upper legs, so that you stay warm for longer on the water. Infared has quick-drying properties, so your wetsuit will be dry again the next session!

Xtend insulation
Xtend is used as an inner lining in the Hurley Plus and the Hurley Advant. The inner lining is a soft and quick-drying inner lining that is used on the chest, back and legs.

Powerflex Seams
The seams are taped with liquid tape that moves with your movements, keeping the water out as best as possible. The seams are double glued and blind stitched for the strongest wall construction.
