The Hawk has Brunotti's well-known CNC'd wood core, which means that the kiteboard is not only super strong by nature, but also has a good amount of flex. This flex ensures that the kiteboard rides comfortably in all conditions, even in choppy conditions. The Active Backbone that runs through the entire kiteboard gives some extra torsional flex that ensures that the power on the kiteboard is neatly distributed over the inserts. The Tourque Equalizer mentioned by Brunotti improves the torsional stiffness, so that you always have maximum control over the kiteboard and the perfect response at high speeds.

The unique thing about the Hawk 2022 is that the kiteboard has a slider base. This slider base makes the kiteboard incredibly strong, so you can slide over the sand and even over obstacles without worry! Thanks to the DRS Tech rails with a diamond-like shape, you always have a lot of grip. Combined with the channels in the tips and the bottom of the kiteboard, you can keep your edge even in the strongest winds, which is ideal if you want to boost high and easily ride upwind.
